So, I think my body has hit some sort of expiration date. Perhaps it’s an expiration of my time not focusing on mobility work. I don’t fully know. What I do know is that I am officially taking time off from training. It is what it is. I have done something to my left hip capsule and it hurts when I do….almost anything. I am currently unable to squat, deadlift, row, pull a sled, you name it lower body. And my left elbow has a little twinge in the bursa. Shut. It. Down. It’s time to do a week of Z1 recovery work and mobility.
And since I will be spending less time training at the gym, I will have some extra time to spend thinking about my food. This will be even more important as I will not be lifting.
This just tends to be a little frustrating, but I have to deal with it. I guess I will embrace it and work on becoming supple.
