Well, the games season is officially upon us. The first open workout was released last night at 8:00 EST. Shortly after, I watched two of our guys go at it. It looked harder than I expected.
I am actually looking forward to doing the open, just for the fact of comparison to last year. The first workout, 13.1, is a mix of the first two from last year, 12.1 and 12.2. I am hoping to get 3 reps at 100. If I don’t, I am not going to beat myself up over it.
Sleep: ~7.5 hours
5:00 pm – 90 min Bikram Yoga
9:00 pm – 20 minute hot bath
