Hello Winter!
It’s been a very mild winter here in Cincinnati…until now.
I returned home to weather that was warm and humid. Well, that ended yesterday. Last night, Esteban was taking dishes to the kitchen when I heard “Whoa! Look outside! Everything is white.” I expected a dusting of snow as it had been light flurries most of the day. Oh no, this was no dusting. It was a winter wonderland! Ok..something about me….I LOVE SNOW! Yep. I love heavy snow. There is something soothing about watching so much snow coming down. I love to sit on my couch, curled in a blanket, and watch it come down. It’s magical.
Anyway, this lovely snow meant really cold morning time. Blah. 10 degrees outside and 30 in the gym. I was meant to do cardio this morning. I wasn’t going to until Mike had a great idea…

Yep, that’s right. I wheeled the bike into the 65 degree office area. Ahhh. No excuse to miss my morning cardio now!
