Texas Y’all!

Well, I am heading to TX today! I am so excited to see my family and hang out with my mom. It will be nice to just be around for daily life type of things.

I also made an awesome breakfast. 1.5 oz shredded chicken breast, 2 pcs crumbled bacon, 2 oz shredded sweet pots, and two soft boiled eggs. Amazing. I should have taken a picture, but I devoured it too quickly.

9:30 am – OPT SHE from 01.09.2013 & Bikini Prep

Bikini Prep -Marie wants me to focus on the DLs and lunges since I will be short on time before leaving.

1. Pump squats 15 x2, 10 x2, 6×2
2a. 10 Straight leg deadlifts neutral stand 80 p
2b. 12 Walking lunges with 30:s x3
3a. 6 Heavy Wide stand straight leg deadlifts (40-50 per hand)
3b. 10 sumo squats with 40-50#
3c. 12 Walking lunges with 40′s x3
4a. Backward lunges drop set 10-10-10
4b. Froggy sit ups x3

Only did 2a & 2b. Hands hurt holding weights and ran out of time.
