Trying To Breathe

Last week was rough and this week promises to be just as crazy. I’m on site through Weds and my designer needs me to do work. It will be a very organized week. I may need to schedule in some down time/me time.

Bright news: my grandmother has been moved to a rehab facility close to my father. He can check in on her and see why the therapists are doing so he can help when she gets out. She did say milk the other day. She is allergic and was able to get that out. So, her speech is coming around a little. Hopefully, she makes a solid recovery…if only for her sanity. I am excited to get home and see her.

I’m having some shoulder discomfort on my right side. It feels as though I may have strained my front delt. It hurts during daily activity, like driving. :( Not sure though. I’m going to schedule a massage and give it some love.

3c. 10 Straight leg deadlifts wide stand
3d. 10 Reach throughs x3

Switched this up.

10 glute ham raises
10 Straight leg deadlifts wide stand (20′s)
10 Reach throughs (45)
+
100 step-ups per side on high box (24″ box)
